Thank goodness for Mark Brown, his crew and Marianne at Hendersonville Pest Control. We had a serious mold problem in our crawlspace. Mark came out, assessed the situation and explained the way that a crawlspace here in WNC should be. He and his team then did what they needed to do. It was an involved job that took almost 2 weeks to complete. The crew was diligent in their work, courteous and answered any question or concern we had. Everything was done as planned and they remained on schedule throughout the project. When we had an unplanned problem, they worked diligently to correct it – even when it went past normal working hours. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with – always getting back promptly with information and keeping us well informed about the schedule. Marianne coordinated everything with us and always was cheerful through our many phone conversations. She stayed on top of all details. We highly recommend Hendersonville Pest Control for crawlspace mold remediation.

They got rid of all the ants for us. The serviceman was very personable. They also came when scheduled. They got the job done in about 3 hours. We would call them again if we needed them.

With the increasing humidity in the south and all the rain that really started happening in 2013, my crawl space began to have some moisture issues.   It became apparent that I would need to take action.   I made the decision to get the work done in Dec 2013.  We checked in the spring and, with high humidity levels decided to go ahead and do Humidity control. Scott coordinated the testing for radon and was able to coordinate the radon mitigation along with the humidity control unit to save money.  The encapsulation also saved my pipes in Jan 2014 when the power went out and my furnace cut off.  They were very helpful and did a great job.   They also got rid of the sugar ants that infiltrated my mother's house.   I will use them again for future needs.  I respect their honesty and integrity.

The technician came out and sprayed our home; then, a week later, we notice a bee had borne into the logs. I called HP and they sent out the same technician who resprayed the house. Since then we have seen only dead bees--NO live bees! What a pleasure to not have these "guests" joining us on our deck this summer. We are enjoying our home again!

He seemed knowledgable and friendly. He seemed to know what he was talkling about. Only time will tell if his measures worked to keep spiders and mice under control. He did check the attic without us asking him to and did find mice there - so that is a very good thing.

It went just fine. He arrived on time, walked all around my house looking for the ant nest. He found it lined up against a low wall in my flower bed and he sprayed it and killed them. He knew exactly what to look for. It only took him a few minutes to locate the nest. He has many many years experience in Pest Control. A week later I called him to come back. I had been finding mouse droppings. Turns out it was a bat. Hubert knew immediately. So he sealed up a place under the eaves where he thought they were congregating and did this at no charge. Then a few days later he came back with a partner and a 30 foot ladder and went around to several more places and caulked the areas to keep the bats out. The charge for this was $125 and worth every penny to get rid of those hateful things.

We like Hendersonville Pest Control. They are the ones we call. They are very thorough and effective.

I pay them for each service call. They are courteous and knowledgeable. The man that comes out explains exactly what he is doing before he does it. They try to assign the same person to your house. The price is average. I was very impressed with the man who came to do the work. He was very precise and concerned about cleaning up after himself.

They are careful and respectful of the application of their pesticides. He tried to avoid any damage to the shrubs or windows around the house. Additionally, he sprayed the exterior of the house for general pests and was reluctant to use pesticides in our home as he felt it would be better to keep them out of the home if there was no need.

I have used them for years. They come when they say they will come. They are wonderful.

They're so good. Hendersonville is 50 miles away from where we live. When we moved up here, we got another company. We got a well known national company. They were terrible. We called the Hendersonville people. They are willing to come up 50 extra miles, do my house, and they don't charge me any extra money for the drive. It was the same as when I was 50 miles south of here. When they do a house, they do it quarterly, and it lasts 5 months. They don't insist that I come every quarter and call them. It's just as needed, but I've got 4500 square feet. They do the outside and they only charge $90. When they make an appointment with you, they always come when they say they're coming. They don't track in goo inside your house. They treat the inside of your house first, then go to the outside, so they're not tracking a bunch of stuff in. They're very professional.
