"The 2 man team arrived exactly on time and immediately started working. They answered all of my questions patiently during the project. I had a concern with the ceiling fan since the family room has a 20ft ceiling, the work went very smoothly. Installation of the cabinet lighting was more involved then I imagined, however, it went very smoothly as well. When the work was completed they cleaned up the work areas. The final cost of the project was the same as the estimate. I would definitely use Viva electric again for large or small electrical projects."

"Outstanding! Jason arrived promptly and respected my property by removing his shoes while indoors and laid down cloth to protect my floors. He cleaned up everything once he finished and left my house as he found it. Bonus....an electrician from a different company previously told me that one of my light fixtures attached to a fan would need to be re-built or replaced. I asked Jason to take a look and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Turns out a little switch on the socket had been turned off; I didn't need a re-build or replace after all. They arrived on time for the estimate, and were professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. Their estimate came in within our budget and we didn't get other estimates. "We scheduled Fairway Electric to come out and install 6 ceiling fans and an electrical outlet. Brian did an amazing job and even helped us get through some things the builder forgot with certain brackets in our ceiling. Brian also installed a new outlet for a wine fridge the builder forgot too. One other thing I am very grateful is that I had Brian look at our septic tank (this is a new construction house) and the electricians before wired the thing incorrectly and was filling up and we didn't even know it. Given the reputation of our custom home builder I had him take a look and he fixed the wiring which fixed our pump...THANK GOD!
