they finished in the dark without any lights... but it looked ok. it just was not compacted in places. when I asked Jimmy Young about it he said it was supposed to look like that and that "if it I had any cracks in the next year he would come back and fit them". it was also in the contract we signed. now he says no he won't fix it. I have lots of photos of the different areas that are falling apart so I can see that it also was not all 2.5" thick asphalt in the areas they finished in the dark, which is where most of the problems are. I had to write out 6/ six $2000 checks to "Jimmy Young" not "hot top paving". that should have been clue number one!! I should have picked the next best estimate! so with Jimmy and hot top paving, let the buyer beware / caveat emptor! you get what you pay for...

Tyler set up an appointment to come take a look and he arrived on time and was very helpful and descriptive throughout the whole process. From start to finish we were provided five star service these guys are very friendly and courteous and beat their competitors price considerably! Had them come out and re-pave and add on to my existing driveway. I asked if it would be so the water would run down drive to street was told yes. It isn't by my carport and when it rains water runs onto it. Never had that problem. Now there is 2 channels in front of my carport that channels water to my sidewalk. Fills it up. I've called 1 time and texted 2x trying to get this repaired. He is always apologetic and says he'll get it fixed. This has been going on since October 2020. Last text he asked the address because he had forgotten. So now I guess I am stuck trying to figure out how to get the problem solved with the water running on carport and sidewalk. I have sent him a video and pictures. The first time they came out and took old one up and graded then left for a couple of weeks leaving a huge gap at my gate where my dogs are kept during the day. Had to rig that up so they wouldn't crawl underneath. Finally had to text and ask when he was coming back only after he had text because he left a sprayer at my house. I shouldn't have to keep calling the first time that should have been a sign. Lesson learned.
