I’ve been using them for 7 or 8 years now. I have them every other month. They do a great job, I don’t see anything. They call me and remind me, I like that. Every 2 months I only pay $53. My house is 3,000 square feet. I only have them do the bottom floor. Why I have stuck with them is first of all they’re really a good price. There was a problem at one point, my husband was in the hospital and I was going back and forth, and I just forgot to pay them. The bill said due upon receive. I called them to let them know what was going on and they told me to take my time. They told me if I could just pay a little bit that would be great. They are definitely a great company and they have been in business for a long time. They treat you with respect and they’re very patient. I like the way they talk to me. They are really nice. The professionalism is great, they make you feel like you matter to them. I will till use them I think it would be a good idea to keep using them until I sell my house.

They come out at least once a month. The service has been really good. I will absolutely continue to use them.

All went very well. Cleaned area everyday after work. Two employees worked continuously except lunch time. A well known exterminaion company had advised us to put new insulation under entire house (2,000 feet) although about half of area was a 19 year old addition and did not have any torn or damaged insulation. Cost for insulation only (as I recall) was estimated at $4,000. This had been suggested for last two years for varying reasons; so of course, we decided to get a second estimate.
Once introduced to two very large German Shepherds, the original inspector and technicians were not worried about working with dogs in the yard and were careful to close and double check fence gates, etc. This is most appreciated by dog owners!

The Company was very timely in responding to my call for service they came out within two days of my call and within a few day had completed the service. We are now Carpenter bee free and we have signed up for a quarterly pest service with them at a very reasonable price. They are very friendly and service oriented.

They are very responsive. They call us before they come to confirm the appointment, and also come out in between scheduled appointments if needed at no additional charge. We like that they put booties on their shoes when they come to our house. They are also able to use chemicals that are not harmful to our pets.

I've been using their services monthly for 30 years. They're very good and I've never had any problem with any pest in the house. If I ever see anything they come right out and take care of it. Their prices are competitive. I've given them a key to my home and nothing has ever been disturbed.

I had called other providers, who didn't want to do the work in a duplex. They did the job for me. Everything they did was very reasonable as far as I am concern. They were here for probably 4 or 5 hours. Their work was worth the money. They put me on a yearly contract. They are going to come out and service me every year for $90. I have recommended then to my sister and some other family members. Their quality of work was very good. They responded to my phone call within 5 minutes. They were on time. Everything they do is fine unlike these other utility companies who give you a 5-hour window. He called me back in 5 minutes and he said he was in the neighborhood and would be here within 15 minutes for sure. They were very professional. I will continue on using them in the future.

Dodson sends a reminder each spring, requests scheduling and is punctual in their appointments. I recommend Dodson.

They charge me $55 every other month. I have a contract with them. They come every 2 months. They do a good job. I would continue to use them in the future.

I was disappointed as they did not do the job as initially communicated with me. Upon completion, I got in the crawl space to verify their work. I determined they do not do it correctly. I telephoned the company and voiced my concerns along with requesting that they correct the problem. A manager came to evaluate the job. They were very responsive with the situation and they completed the job correctly on their follow-up visit. I was quite pleased that they showed up on time for the initial job.

After doing the work, we had another conversation as to guarantee and any other problems that might come up. He was very educated in the exterminating business and a pleasure to talk with. He gave me his cell phone number if any additional questions came up.

THEY ALWAYS CALL THE DAY BEFORE THEY COME, TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS GOING TO BE HOME. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

We felt that they were a family oriented business that cared about our problem. They came in and fixed the problem promptly. They called back to make sure that we were satisfied.
