"The staff from this company was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had only 1 small issue. I assumed the installers were coming earlier than they did (maybe around 9 but they didn't arrive until after 10). I also told them I HAD to leave at a certain time to catch a flight. They agreed to do all inside work first so that if I needed to leave before they finished, work could be completed from the outside. There was a small glitch in installing the screens and the installers needed to get inside the house. I had to rush off leaving the house unlocked. All was fine but I would have preferred an earlier arrival by the crew and a completed job before I left."
