After hiring Todd Selleck inFebruary 2024 he removed the old tub with surround and the vanity and top. I had paid the initial deposit then another installment after the demo. I haven't heard from him or his company since then. Beware !!

I hired Todd to remodel our master bathroom and it turned out amazing. He did a complete remodel with a new tile shower, new cabinets and countertops, and all new lighting and flooring. Todd and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Todd and his crew and will use them on any future project I have.

Todd was very professional and knowledgeable about the attic remodel. He helped us design an amazing 3rd floor space with half bath, walk-in closet, storage space, beautiful stairway railing and a large new space. His office staff was always on top of the project and very responsive with our questions. His pricing was very fair. He managed all the work with the city permit and inspections. An excellent experience. An unfinished attic space, converted to a home office, was completed on time, on budget and fully met our expectations. Their bid was very competitive (read better than others) and the work was professionally done. On every occasion they showed up when they said they would (almost unheard of in our experience), cleaned up everyday, were polite and Covid respectful. Our next project will be going to Atlantic Builders & Design. Thanks for a good job.

I hired Todd to remodel bathrooms and kitchen in my home, as well as to **close-in** a sunroom. He worked for 6 months in one bathroom. My kitchen floor was taken down to the floor joists and the floor remains unleveled. The quality of work is poor. My new floor has scratches on it and all he was concerned about was payment. He put me off over and over. Todd only came when he wanted his money. His workers put holes in the sheetrock and they never repaired it. I, finally, hired plumbers and carpenters to finish what he did not. I still have unfinished work that he was contracted for. I suggest not paying him anything until the job is complete. I paid too much for the quality of work and for unfinished products.

Todd and his crew are top notch. I called all his references before starting and they all told me the same thing - they loved working with him and they were looking for more projects to give him since he did such good quality work. His crew is excellent and we are so pleased with our covered deck. He didn't give us the cheapest price but he did deliver on the quality that was promised. He refused to do anything half way and in the end I'm glad we paid a little extra and got something that will last and look beautiful for years to come. Really can't recommend him enough and will certainly be giving him a call when we have another project.

After obtaining several estimates, I spoke with Todd about a few projects I needed to have done, the largest of which was a shower tear out and rebuild. Todd listened to my requests, and he presented an estimate well below the others I received. I was also very pleased that his estimate included extras the other contractors told me were cost prohibitive. Everyone on Todd s crew is professional and does great work, and Todd is quick to respond to any questions and concerns. I m very pleased with everything he did, and I m sure I ll hire him again for my next project.

Todd and his crew were absolutely wonderful! It ended up being a larger job than first thought, and they were all very committed to making it better than we could ever imagine! Very polite and professional! I m trying to come up with more projects!
