"You won't find a harder working crew than this outfit. I feel like they earned every penny. They tackled everything from Giant Sycamore, juniper, oak and dog woods. They treated my property well. No fence damage, home or shop damage. Very easy to talk too and convey what you need done. Reliable and showed up on time. Very reasonable on prices. And I do mean very. If you want a legit tree removal service that's what you got going on with this outfit! This is a phone number to put in your book and keep. Be blessed guys!! You did a great job for us!"

Customers say: True professional

"BBB Tree service came in with a very low bid so we were a little skeptical. but they did a fantastic job clearing 28 large 80ft trees around our home. But. They came as promised and finished in one day. Very hard working and pleasant people. Just make sure everything is done before they leave as they seemed rushed and busy. I initially gave them a high praise review however once we started raking all piles of clippings from the stump grinding they left parts of the stump above ground on several trees. Now I cannot seem to get them back to do a small amount of touch up on stump grinding. I sent them pictures. Surely based on what I paid they could have brought just the stump grinder back and finished the job the right way."

Small jobs welcome

"Travis Cartwright has provided many services to us over the last 12 years. These are some of them: clean up work, pulled a sunk boat from our pond, excavated our home site and installed our septic tank & drain field. Travis is an excellent equipment operator and we highly recommend him-"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

Property lines, building locations, and potential encroachments are mapped.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.

ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive type of land survey and, as such, tend to be the most expensive. These surveys have standardized guidelines and reports and are used in many kinds of real estate transactions to ensure consistent and accurate information is available for properties.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.
