"This project this customer had i went above and beyond. The customer asked for a rough estimate without meeting at the property to look at it. I gave a rough estimate and a few weeks later i was asked if i could do it for less than i quoted. Finally met with the individual at the property we discussed and went over what he wanted done. After completing. I was asked to do more than original. So i did but i also informed him it would cost more to do. Customer agreed and so i got back to work to complete. After that the customer asked to me do more again so i did. When it was done the customer seemed pleased with what i had done. Never communicated that he had a problem with what i had done."
