"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse.
