"If i could give zero stars i would have. We paid almost $12,000 back in October for them install a new system in our home. Since then we have failed county inspection 3 times. The techs who come out all have different stories and excuses. The electrician who came out last time Donald informed us of how terrible his own company was and how he planned to quit. Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!"

He quoted me half the price and put a temporary kit on the existing unit until the new unit came in. Everything was installed within a few days. Def recommend him for all of your ac needs. "

Once done, I informed Precision that the supply temp was fluctuating. They informed me by text and voice that someone would come out to check the refrigerant pressures. No one showed or called. I was also told that I would receive confirmation that the units would be registered for warranty and an inspection would be scheduled to close the permit. Neither have been done. I called Abdul, the service manager and he made it seem like it was my fallult for not chasing them down enough. I called Asia about all of the above. She said she would call back and never did. I contacted Roger Costner. He did not apologize or try to make things right. If you have been wronged by them, I would contact the BBB even though they are not accredited (not surprised). I'd also inform the companies they rep. In my case, it's Tempstar."
