We wanted to get an inspection of our home just before the one year builder warranty ended. Jeffrey was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He came to our home on time and delivered the report as promised. He used the infrared tool to get any hidden items. He also responded to all my questions. Price was fair and comparable to other quotes I received. I would definitely hire him and his company again.

It went very well. They explained every part of the inspection. I felt very safe after the inspection and the repairs that needed to be made. They were very helpful and would 100 percent recommend and hire them again.

We were not present, but report was quickly made available and extensive. Money well spent.

It went very well. I currently reside in another state and was unable to attend the inspection. He performed the service in the time frame needed and submitted a comprehensive report. What really stood out, to me was the time he spent reviewing the report, describing the issues, and ultimately assisting me in prioritizing the issues with the house.

The inspection was great. Very thorough inspection. I arrived late and Jeff had already begun inspecting the outside of the home. I felt that every inch of the unit was checked. The report was very detailed with pictures and was emailed to me soon after the inspection.

I am a Realtor in the Mooresville and surrounding areas and I love working with Jeff and Jay. They have done a few home inspections for me now and are always on time, very efficient, and take the time to make sure you understand what the issues may be with your potential purchase. We were very happy with the home inspection. We added termite and radon testing to the standard pre-purchase inspection. Jeff was easy to work with and nice to talk to on the phone. I like that he's the owner. The inspection was thorough and the report was easy to read and full of detailed pictures and notes. I liked the use of technology including use of a drone to inspect the roof and of a FLIR camera to provide heat maps of AC vents, stove, furnace, etc. Would recommend Jeff's company if you need a home inspection.

Jeff was great. He always picks up the phone and shows up on time. There have never been any issues. His print out of the home inspection is very nice and easy to read when he is done. Last September I was selling my townhome, and the perspective Buyer had hired Realty Inspection Services, LLC.  Now I am in process of purchasing another townhome, and I needed to have a Home Inspection done. I immediately recalled how impressed I had been with the inspection that had been done when I was the Seller. The lengthy, detailed and clarity of explanations, along with the completeness of the report, having many photos, and a summary section listing the items that needed addressing all came to mind. I knew that I was wanting and needing his kind of inspection to be done. 

The morning of the scheduled appointment they called letting us know that they were caught up in the early morning traffic and that they would be a little late. (I decided to walk the neighborhood while waiting and I got to meet an HOA Board Member which was very beneficial, a minor negative turned positive.)

Jeff and his assistant were professional and friendly. They were respectful and considerate of the Seller who was present for much of the inspection. He asked the Seller for permission to do what needed to be done (unusual to have Seller present, and it was noticeable how professional he was in his communications) . Jeff explained to me what he/they were doing and why, offering his opinion, suggestions and options, and he was patient and caring when answering my many questions.

I  appreciate the fact that Jeff is also a Licensed General Contractor. His report reflects his level of experience, expertise, and knowledge.I received the Home Inspection Report later that night, and I was again impressed.  The report gave me some pause with some of the known found items that need attention, and I called Jeff to again ask his professional opinion and suggestions. He spent much time speaking with me, reassuring me, and he made himself available if I had any further questions or concerns. The report has been used to inform the Buyer, and the HOA of the items that need attention, it all being self explanatory especially with the many supporting photos, not needing any added explanations.  

From my now two separate experiences, as a Seller and as a Buyer, I would highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Jeff and his asst were extremely thorough.  Jeff answered questions about the service prior to coming out to do the inspection via email and phone call.  Always prompt and detailed in information provided.  He even met me at the home prior to the inspection day to address a question I had about the foundation!  The inspection took over 4 hours and he walked me through the procedures he was following as he pointed out areas of concern with explanations before he left the appointment.  A detailed report will follow.  One of the neighbors actually walked over and said they wished their inspector would have been as thorough as Realty Inspection Services.  They were watching him on the roof and checking all of the windows (which did show sign of rot!)  The neighbor's inspector missed their window issues, only for them to discover problems after they had moved in. 

Jeff was extremely detail oriented in discussing everything from large to small items and even cosmetic concerns.  I could not be happier with selecting this company for our inspection.  I feel certain that Jeff will be available to us for any future questions or advice on how to handle certain maintenance.  He was impeccably professional and has an easy personality to work with.  For the price of this inspection compared to other companies my husband and I researched; I feel we got an absolute BARGAIN price for the service.  I would use him again and refer anyone I know to contact this company for inspection needs.
