"My crawlspace needed structural repairs to my wood framing and piers, an internal french drainage system to stop water intrusion, as well as installation of a 10mil floor liner to help keep moisture levels down. FD was EXTREMELY professional from my initial call and on-site appointment, to the guys doing the installation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend Foundation Doctor for any crawlspace work!"

"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."

"Mark arrived and viewed our problem. He gave us sound advice about how to fix our water intrusion problem. Unfortunately, his company does not provide the service we need (pouring concrete). His advice was sound and made so much sense to us. We had met with another company who recommended a variety of measures which were all extremely costly. Mark was honest and credible. The Moisture Loc company must have great ethics to offer advice that will take their business to a different company. We will definitely keep this company in our rolodex!
