"Had trouble getting to my house with “trick issues” so after a week he showed up but at like 10 and left at 2. Quoted me $900. Ended up charging $1400. Hired to fix ease, caulk inside and outside of windows an addition, dry wall patch work from dings and fix leaking fireplace. He had someone come and fix ease so hopefully that’s good but he didn’t caulk anything out side and inside didn’t even move the furniture (even a broom) to caulk behind it. The drywall repair never even came back to sand smooth. First rain it poured in my fireplace called and text to come back no reply. Requested some money back to fix fireplace and silence."
