"The installers and the person who came out to talk about financing the windows did great. Bit the people I talked to in the office were kind of rude and the would hang up on me when I would call to try to get answers about when they would be installing the windows."

"We bought a house in Sugar Grove NC and the vinyl siding was in need of some work. Window and door trim, shutters, missing siding, etc. I spent a few days trying to find a contractor to clean the siding up and fix these items with no luck when I can across A Step Above Handyman and Matt. Even though they were located an hour and a half from our house, Matt was willing to take on the project. His communication was excellent throughout the process. His team showed up when promised and did a great job. I would definitely hire Matt and his team again. A+++ all the way."

"Very highly recommended. JKH replaced a custom-sized window, siding alongside a chimney, and an exterior door. All three projects involved painting, which was very well done. Jekson Hernandez' communication was excellent, the crew was highly skilled and very respectful, the clean up was perfect.
