Reason being is I had recently gotten a new puppy and after a couple weeks of him being left out in the house while at work I came home to realize I had 2 layers of linoleum over the subfloor. TG came in and fixed the roof plus tore out the old deck and replaced it...plus an addition to the deck and build a new roof for the deck.
