"From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. "The installers and the person who came out to talk about financing the windows did great. Bit the people I talked to in the office were kind of rude and the would hang up on me when I would call to try to get answers about when they would be installing the windows."
