"They did not really listen to what I wanted. They tried to sell me on a high-end ($3000) glass door, when all I really needed was a standard $300 model from Lowe's. Their quote was much higher than other companies. I am sure they do great work, their follow-up was thorough and supportive, but we did not need a high-end solution."
