"My truck was in the shop getting repairs, I was in my car and my receipt book was in my truck I told you I would text a you a picture of the receipt and I did, and not sure on your end that you didn't receive the picture of the receipt, and gave me a bad review over the receipt. you didn't say anything about the small fence repairs I did, just the receipt! I try to do the best I can do I have other customers that have given me good reviews!"
"I was working on doing the work me and you was wanting done on your home after a flood. We did all the repairs repaired the flooring and plumbing we could get to, without taking out walls and your jacuzzi tub, we couldn't get to the plumbing pipes, and so it was going to be more expensive, and you didn't want to pay more money! for me to do more work. Iam sorry you was upset over that in this expensive world we all live in. and gave me a bad review in anger! I have lots of other great reviews, that was happy with my work."

"Thank you for the feedback. I see you left a one-star rating, and I’m sorry you feel like we didn’t paint the attic to your expectations. We did put two coats of paint on the walls in the attic, and as we discussed the drywall finishing you spoke about was not part of the original quote or the verbal changes. When you contacted us, we discussed how much the additional drywall work would cost, and the $700 owed for the materials we had picked up on your behalf. We did not threaten your daughter, we just ask for payment. Our goal is to always have a satisfied customer. We went above and beyond trying to meet the changing needs of the project and worked with the limited payment options. And we utilized our company cash flow to buy the materials needed for the many projects. I would ask that you would kindly reconsider your rating as there was many projects completed to your daughter’s satisfaction such as: 1. Building of the steps to the outside building 2. Taking off the basement door and rebuilding the wall and waterproofing it 3. Foundation repairs 4. Putting up 6 x 6 post to help support the home 5. Reseating two sump pumps (we stopped by on several times to ensure they were working during the rain to prevent the basement from flooding). 6. Cleaned and painted the basement floor 7. Pulled up the upstairs carpet 8. And other projects as requested God Bless you and your family."
