"We would definitely recommend patio enclosures. They built our sunroom / 3-seasons room this summer and it was a great experience througout the process. The remedy for this is the Garage Attic. I frame massive storage lofts above the garage door tracks that can add up to 300 square feet of storage space to your garage.
