The team listened to our concerns and provided an extensive long-term vision for rectifying them and making them an area we’d enjoy moving forward. Based on our immediate needs, we decided to take a phased approach by adding a timber retention wall, a stone wall with lighting, and privacy trees. They also tapped into our existing drainage solution and made it more efficient. I view this as providing us with a canvas for future projects. We are very pleased with their work and will be a repeat customer for future phases of their initial plan. "In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Unfortunately I cannot rate their service, the quality of the work or price because they never sent over the estimate. They sent me an email after the walk-through letting me know that several jobs had came up and they were very busy. Apparently too busy to do an estimate and win our business. A little frustrating because we took the time out of our day to go over ideas and discuss options for our kitchen, bathrooms, etc. They even suggested that we go with another contractor if we couldn’t wait. That was over a month ago and we still haven’t heard back."

"Matt, the owner. Is disrespectful and "always out of town". We were quoted for a deck remodeling and a screened porch. Told it would take 6-8 months. 46 months later it was finished. I highly recommend you keep looking. His crew (the builders, did do a great job), but the unprofessionalism of Matt is the reason I leave this post. I have the screenshots of his texts to me and my wife. Oh, and don't let him use your outlets, if his crew blows them he will question them to begin with."

"The crew arrived in the middle of the window of time. They demolished the rotted stairway, and built a new one that was far better than the stairway the builder had made, and were done at 4:30 that afternoon. All scrap was removed and everything went well. Great job"
