"Due to a serious lawn issue with water runoff we had several firms provide estimates to ***** the issues and recommend a solution including but not limited to french drains. After reviewing the proposals we were very impressed with Mario Garcia from MG Lawn Care Services LLC. We hired them to start work ON January 2021. They estimated the work to be done in 4 days weather complying. They finished their job on time, and were careful in minimizing any collateral damage to the lawn and patio. I was extremely satisfied and will use them again without hesitation. Attached are photos of their work and also the finish product as they re-sodded."

"Owner isn’t going to complete project. Supposed to be complete mid July. Now mid September. Quality of work that is complete is excellent. Problem is nothing is 100% complete and now fence is not being considered. Owner has left equipment and tools around the job site and property obstructing property owners view and maintenance of the property"

The most obvious disadvantage of permeable paving is that the cost is typically higher compared to non-permeable concrete, pavers, or asphalt methods. Driveway pavers are often worth the cost. Paver types like cobblestone, brick, and concrete are highly durable, and permeable paver options can be tremendously eco-friendly. While you may pay more for a paver driveway, you’ll see great returns from the increased curb appeal and low maintenance compared to other types of driveways.
