Sanford Turf and Irrigation has done great work for us over the last 5 years. Danny and his crew installed the irrigation system and sodded the front and back yards from scratch. They have maintained the lawn ever since and it looks great. We sold our house and the realtor commented that the lawn was definitely a factor in selling the house much quicker than similar surrounding properties. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It turned out fantastic. They were really nice guys and they got the job done. I messed with a couple of knobs to the sprinkler systems and they came out and fixed it for me. They also helped me with a drainage ditch. They had to add some dirt and some sod to help with erosion. I liked how really friendly the guys were. I wasn't there the day they dug the ditch.

They spent a great deal of time in the Spring of 2014 opening and repairing the irrigation system which sits on a well that was drilled in
summer of 2013 (irrigation extended to back yard). The previous service provider did not winterize properly and there were multiple issues resulting in replacements in the well and the pump up top.  Sanford researched everything and were diligent working with to get us up and running again in the most cost effective manner. We have them scheduled to reopen the system this March 2015.

The work included installation of a backflow preventer and additional copper pipes to allow backflow to be located in naturalized area, a Hunter Pro C controller with wireless rain sensor, 16 Hunter rotors and 19 Hunter misters.  This work required boring under the sidewalk and under a double driveway.  The work also included approximately 200 feet of underground corrugated drain pipe for gutter system, a small drip tubing system for a small raised bed garden, a load of compost 50/50 blend for leveling and grading back yard, fescue and rye grass seeding of back yard with straw,  removal of two medium-sized crape myrtles from front of house, and the installation of an artificial rock cover and insulated pouch for backflow device.  The owner of the company, Daniel Baker, worked on site with a three-person crew.  They were very friendly and proficient, completing the work very satisfactorily in only three days.  They started the work on schedule, and returned to turn off the equipment and winterize the backflow without our having to request this service and without charge.  All the equipment works very well, and the system controller is very easy to use.  We are very pleased with the services provided and highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and personalized service.

Daniel and his crew were on time, professional, diligent and provided a great service. they were quick and efficient. they installed the irrigation system in one day, showed me how to use it and came back out to adjust the sprinkler heads and took the time to show me how to adjust them in the future.

Initially I had a difficult time getting them out here, and had a few rescheduling issues.  They need to work on calling the customer if they aren't going to make it or be late.  I came home for work, and they didn't show up so I had to reschedule.  I was patient with them, and they showed up.  They do quality work at a fair price.  I feel the summer months are pretty busy, so they worked me in when they could.  I am okay with that.  They are very quick to respond on this website, and they scheduled me within days.

Kevin called to set the appointment and showed up exactly when he said he would.  He quickly set about the see the problems and was very quick to readjust, raise, and lower sprinkler heads as was needed.  He even searched for a sprinkler head that he just knew should be in a certain location -- found it and fixed it.  He was very polite, friendly and provided great service.  Before he departed, he reset our programming to exactly what we needed.  I definitely recommend this company and will be using them to winterize and maintain our system from here on out.

Daniel and his crew arrived at the agreed-upon time and placed PVC drainpipes in trenches leading from the downspouts to the edge of the property. The work was completed with a high degree of professionalism, and on budget. The workers were conscientious and quickly completed the assigned tasks.  I would highly recommend Daniel and his crew.
