Our service also offers you to contact us with any questions you may have with the design to make changes or just clear up any misinterpretations you may have while looking it over. We received no calls or correspondence. We do list every plant, tree, or shrub that needs to stay. We also ask whether relocatable specimens can be relocated to fit well into the design if need be. I believe that fee was for an Angies List special that also included some installation. please let us know if we can help you with your design questions. Thank you."

"This individual has harassed our company, and many others, from what SHE told us, from the moment we left the property. We have all records of correspondence for reference. Please refer to the Better Business Bureau for reference also where she tried first. They closed this account on her with a ruling in our favor. We have an untarnished record for 20 years and she vowed to destroy us because we could not put her in front of all other clients. She was told our time schedule while on site. Please reference us and disregard this ludicrous review. Our services have been advertised everywhere for 20 years, nothing has changed. We went way over and above our $299.00 special for her. We did research at her request, of course feeling sorry for her because all of her other contractors had cheated her in her words. We worked extra area for the fee, and delivered and beautiful design with 32 varieties of plants, trees, and shrubs, a large deck stepping down to a nice patio with a fire pit and seating walls, a destination Belize Bale relaxation pergola with total privacy in her backyard. We worked all night after my architect put up with her abuse on the phone late one evening, then she hung up on him, to complete this design. We then emailed her that she would have it the next day. We sent it overnight and to be signed for. It is a 3 week turnaround in our busy season, which she WAS told at survey. It has always been a 3 week turnaround in busy season. We told her since she was having a hard time that we would put a rush on it. She had her Design in her hand in 7 business days. We have dealt with her abuse and unwarranted defamation since. We are a Flat Fee Design firm. We offer one dimensional designs based on the area worked only. We cover all plantscapes, hardscapes, drainage issues, play areas, dog areas, etc. for one flat fee to be installed by the homeowner or a professional landscaper. We are running a special of $299.00 up to 1/2 acre design area. That is the special she took advantage of. We are not installers or project managers. For some reason she feels our service is never ending for $299.00. We surveyed her property for 2 hours, did additional research, turned over all of our pictures, plus many more she requested of trash on her property and what she considered grading issues that she said she wanted for her lawyer to go after her builder! After all of that and the need to overnight and sign for her design, we paid more for this job then she did. We were on her survey 7/26, her design was in her hand 8/5, her deadline as she told to us was 8/15. Again, please disregard this review. We went over and above and it is completely ludicrous. "I AM SO SORRY YOU DIDN'T GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE HAD, OR MAKE ANY CHANGES YOU MAY HAVE PREFERRED. WE ACTUALLY SPOKE WITH YOUR HUSBAND FOR THE 2 HOUR SURVEY, AND HE GAVE US ALL OF OUR DESIGN PREFERENCES. YOU DID COME OUT TO WALK YOUR DOG AS WE FINISHED UP IN THE BACK YARD FOR A FEW MINUTES. AS PART OF ALL SURVEYS, WE DO TELL YOU THAT AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INITIAL PLAN TO LOOK OVER THAT AND GIVE US A CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CHANGES. WE ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU 7 DAYS A WEEK, AND FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS UP TO 5 YEARS. WE DO NOT IMPLEMENT, BUT DO GIVE YOU 4 SHEETS OF WELL VETTED PEOPLE TO HELP YOU WITH AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH HELP AS YOU MAY WANT. ON EVERY SHEET HEADING, IT SAYS TO PLEASE CALL US WITH ANY CONCERNS. ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS ALSO ON THE POST CARD YOU PICKED UP. AS FOR THE PLANTINGS, WE DID AS INSTRUCTED, ANY PLANTS REPLACED WERE EITHER DEAD, OR WERE TOLD WE SHOULD SHOW FUTURE ALTERNATE PLANTS FOR WHEN NEEDED. THESE ARE 5 YEAR PLANS. ALL OTHER STRUCTURES WERE ALREADY EXISTING. THE 25 FOOT TREES YOU ARE REFERRING TO ARE THE COMMON EVERYDAY ARBORVITAES IN FRONT OF MANY HOMES TO ADDRESS AN EMPTY, LARGE BRICK WALL, FOR BACKGROUND HEIGHT INTEREST. ALL PLANTS RESPOND TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS DUE TO REGION, AVAILABLE SOILS, AVAILABLE LIGHT SOURCE, AND SURROUNDING PLANTINGS. YOUR ARBORVITAES WOULD NOT GROW BEYOND 5'X2.5'. AVAILABLE SPACE IS APPROX. 20'X6' PER PLANT. I HAVE ALL SURVEY NOTES AND PICTURES FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE."
