"It was a great experience. I initially called and spoke with Brian to schedule the dryer vent cleaning. Brian and Pete came out and during the cleaning discovered a problem with the vent. The vent had actually collapsed and was not connected to the outside of the house. They called Jimmy, the owner, and consulted with him. Jimmy then called and wanted to come out to look at the vent, which he did. From there, Jimmy prepared an estimate and proposed a way to fix the problem. We then scheduled an appointment for Jimmy to come back out, and we were very pleased with the work performed. Jimmy and his team were very responsive and worked very hard to find a solution!
