About us
My name is Rick Burnett. My mission is to raise awareness in the importance of Dryer Vent Cleaning as it is a leading cause of home fires. And to provide an affordable service that will make your home safer, reduce your energy bill and extend the life of your dryer appliance. I inspect, and clean the complete dryer system inside and out, from the lint trap, to the dryer ventilation systems interior and exterior. I use a rotary brush apparatus that extends from the main interior port to the exterior of the house, removing all lint build up. I also upgrade venting material when needed. I thoroughly enjoy operating this business and feel that I can reduce the amount of dryer fires in the region that I practice in.

Excellent! Best price, service and professionalism. I called a several other dryer vent contractors before I fortunately reached Rick. According to my tenants Rick did an amazing job and was very polite and professional in their dealings. One of my tenants raved about how he was the best contractor (polite, professional, pleasant, answered questions, on time, etc) she has met in her 10 years she has been my tenant. Given my few phone conversations I had with Rick I easily agree with her assessment. Lastly, his prices were well below the several other contractors I called. Do not choose anyone else. Rick was wonderful. He called to let me know he was coming. He was respectful of social distancing and wore his mask. He explained everything. Cleaned around and under the dryer also. Price was very reasonable. I will call him again and I will recommend his services.

Rick’s service was great. He came at exactly the time he said he would. He was fully COVID compliant and completed the work without much interaction. Yeh washer room was cleaner after he left than when he arrived. I was very impressed with his work.

Great service! We called Rick on a Saturday morning, and he fit us in the next evening after first confirming we were OK with a Sunday evening service call. He arrived promptly and in short order had the duct cleaned (and it had a significant amount a of damp lint clogging it up). Our drier is once again working fine.

Showed up in less than 12 hours (on a Sunday) explained my ventilation system and possible issues due to the vent going out of my roof and a solution. Kept his card and will see him next year.
