We had an unlevel floor in one of our bedrooms, we had excess moisture and mold on the wood in our subfloor of that particular bedroom. So the crew came out to our house right on schedule and got busy solving our problems. The floor was leveled with jacks, the mold remediation was done, and we got a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, which helps with excess moisture in our house as well. We were very pleased with the work done by Crawlspaces and More. Yes the job was expensive, but they worked with us and the final result was a small fraction of what we Could have been charged, had we hired Trotter or Aqua Guard or any of the other well-known foundation repair companies. Crawlspaces and More lived up to their promises. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done to their home."

"The team worked diligently and professionally to Waterproof my basement after hurricane Helene caused water to come into my basement. They had to dig down into the foundation, fix the crack and apply waterproofing underneath my patio. While we haven’t had any big time rain since then, it’s been working against any kind of rain happening so far he also guarantees his work which gives peace of mind. "Estimated cost for bathroom was $575; final cost was $700 due to additional problems encountered with floor supports. Returned later to fix a buckle in the vinyl near the door. The bathroom floor looks good. Mr. Hargrove had some problems getting into the house because my renter was not always there and I live 150 miles away.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.

back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
