Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

He kept my pet in mind and was certain she never escaped (which she is an escape artist). David kept me posted throughout the day with updates on his progress leveling the floors. Since his work is complete I am thrilled with the improvement to my 1927 bungalow. It is solid, I can walk through rooms and the furniture no longer shakes. "They did a good job, but it took two men 6.5 hours to do the house and driveway. I had it done previously by one man in under 2 hours. They charged $520 for the job which is ridiculous. I have since received 6 quotes, all for under $130. Wish I had done that before hiring them but had used them in the past with no issues.
