About us
New company name is Awesome Inspector. Our company is built on a dual passion for all things real estate and business. Our owner, Jon, began working in real estate when he was 20 years old for a real estate company specializing in short sales and foreclosures. He has since worked as a home builder for a national company where he managed the construction of hundreds of homes. He also attained both his Bachelor and MBA degrees in Business. He is a licensed inspector in NC and TN(NCID# 5212 and Tennessee #2596) and is also Internachi Certified (for Georgia as GA does not require a license at this time).
