The technicians were timely, professional, and were thorough in explaining the diagnostic processes. I have a 15-year complex landscape lighting system that just decided to stop working. We knew it would not be easy to find the problem. The technicians were diligent and kept me informed along the way. Once the problem was detected, they went the extra step to double-check their work before they approached me with solutions. Both technicians were personable and did a nice job explaining the problem to me in simple terms. Thank you.
