He and his associate, Larry personally drove out to our house to look at the pool and talk about the liner replacement (others would just quote on the phone without seeing the pool). Joe always called back when I left messages and was not pushy after discussing cost. When we settled on a liner, he and Larry came out to the house and spent hours getting exact measurements, and explained the process. He handled everything (others wanted me to arrange water refill.
