"We remodeled most of our house this past year since we were working from home and it was long overdue. We had a few decent contractors(and a few not so decent) but the best by far was Hardscapes LLC. Our backyard has a steep hill and the rain has eroded the hill over the years to the point of seeing a lot of tree roots. We also only had about 8 feet of usable yard past the patio that was pea gravel. Hardscapes came in and put a retaining wall that gave us 30 feet of usable yard and a concrete patio. The 5-6 man crew really took their time to make sure everything was done right. They made a mess out of the driveway and street as expected with multiple truckloads of dirt and gravel…but not only did they hose the driveway down, but all 5 guys took 2-3 hours to scrape the compacted dirt from the driveway and the street, and then hose down again. I was planning on buying a power washer when I was done, but it was not needed. And we made no request of the clean up. Adam just said that he hates to leave a mess. Adam was great to work with. Answered calls the same day from start to finish and never took more than an hour or so to answer a text….unheard of these days. It did take them a few months to get started because they were so busy but Adam was very up front about timelines and weather delays. We felt like we got a fair price for the work that was done compared to quotes that we have gotten in the past, but it was a fantastic price when you take into account the service. Adam conducts business the way EVERY contractor should. I just wish he did bathroom remodeling!"

"Universal Concrete Services was absolutely fantastic throughout this project. They kept in touch with me weekly, leading up to the project. The crew started early in the morning and completed everything in one day. Everything came out as good as we had hoped. The quality of life at our home has improved thanks to this project. I had multiple quotes for this job and Universal Concrete Services came in with the best quote. We are very happy with the project and the professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for patio and driveway work."

"Demetrio is a true professional who is open and honest and very hands on with our project. His expertise may our patio project look even better than we expected."

"I had a Trex deck installed. I LOVE it! The employees were always on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was never an issue. I highly recommend this company!"

"Installation was performed as promised and was on time. The ONLY reason that I gave them a B was that the back-office failed to deliver the initial estimate (via e-mail) and the after installation warranty/final bill/receipt/etc. On both the initial estimate and the final installation I was told that, for the purposes of being "green", all paperwork would be e-mailed to me. I had to call them both times to get the paperwork sent to me. They DID have my e-mail address but just didn't send it."

"Cannot say enough good things about this contractor. His work is beautiful, he did it in a timely manner, cleaned up the site when finished and could not have been easier to deal with. I am looking for more projects to be able to work with him again."

"The group was very professional, arriving on time. Got busy immediately, kept to the job until it was finished, left my home looking and smelling clean. Good job!"

"Great! Bill and his crew did an excellent job. Very responsive to any questions/concerns/changes to our project. We have enjoyed our new outdoor living area."

"I found "A New Look Painting" on Home Advisor.com. Brandon called & came over to provide me with a quote on painting my living room. I hired him due to reviews I have read & his price for the job. There is not one negative thing I can say about him. His professionalism through his work & on a personal level was excellent. The job did take a little longer than we all thought it would, but he assured me that it would be completed in time for the next contractor to arrive & he stayed true to his word. You can't rush perfection & that is exactly what I received. I cannot say enough on how satisfied I am with the end results and we already spoke with him on our next project of the kitchen. I can't wait!"

"Best ever experience!! I absolutely love my beautiful siding--the man who installed was truly an artist. My home is so lovely, people stop and look!! I have never been happier with any other company who has done work of any kind on my house. It was so well done it should last til the end of the world!!"
