"Great! The owner came to my home and assessed the job and was confident his team could reinstall and make it work even though I didn't purchase the awning from him. "It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
