"This is a downgrade from my previous 4.5 rating. Since then, four cabinet shelves have fallen, breaking several dishes. It appears that the shelves were cut too short for the space that they occupied. Over time, the L-shape support pegs had space to wiggle out of their holes. dropping the shelves. Also, (a minor point), the built-in dishwasher is not level. The legs on the left side are on floor tile while those on the right are not. It would have been easy to correct at the time of installation. My previous major complaint was that 9-inch cabinets (upper and lower) were installed where I had ordered 12-inch ones."
