"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

"This project expanded greatly from the original quote. Levi worked with us and all extra projects were very fairly quoted. There have been delays and there is still a finish job to be completed. The delays really have not been the fault of the contractor. I would hire him again."

"They replaced the siding on my home, and then painted it. They also did some roofing repair, trim repair, plumbing, built a deck, and a kitchen remodel. You can't find a better guy to work with. He wants to do the job right, and wants to make you happy. He definitely goes the extra mile, and does wonderful work."

"Ok where do I start: Thomas and Justin were phenomenal! They took out my old 30 year old mobile home tub and replaced it with the most amazing walk in shower! It operates and looks beautiful! I cannot thank you enough! They also fixed my walk in shower in the master bathroom (the previous GC did a really sub par job) and I’m so happy that Thomas replaced the sub floor part of that shower and redid the step on it so water didn’t keep getting on the floor. They also redid all the flooring in the master bath, took out the 30 year old vanity and toilet and replaced them with new modern styles that save water and energy. They are coming back to complete the guest bathroom and I’m so excited! They were also straight up about pricing and were always on time, professional and really listened to my vision and gave me input on what would truly work and what wouldn’t and I appreciate that ALOT! Connected me with the tile person to pick out the backsplash and it all came together beautifully! He did what he said he would and when there was a little blimp, he worked through the situation and all was good. I would highly recommend him. We will be using him again in the future!"

"Livingroom kitchen 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms all had the ceilings cut open around HVAC vents that had mildew. Once HVAC was replaced all celings had to be closed back up and all room ceilings had to be painted. Work took 4 days. Workers were prompt and efficient and cleaned up each day"
