"Within the one year warranty we had several dead shrubs and a dead pink dogwood. We called in July of 2018 and left a message for Tony Penny the landscape manager about the dead items. Had no response from him. We saw him a few days later at Pender Pines Garden Center and asked him if he had gotten our message. His response was, “yes.” We continued to call and speak with him about when we would receive our replacement. His response to us was to be patient and I’m working on it. Eight months later we personally spoke with the owner and told us he would not replace any of the items. Tony Penny the landscape manager happened to be there. I walked over to him and his response was again, be patient. I’m working on it. I think waiting eight months is being patient My wife was called a liar and was hung up on by Jonathan Schwarz the owner."
