"I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! Finishing work like shiplap/wall paint will be completed soon; uploaded pics of the nearly completed project. Very pleased with the experience I've had! Highly recommend!"

"We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work. The project went very well and my husband and I are extremely satisfied. We have hired him to do two more projects for us. "Owner Junior Green was a friendly, honest fellow who was reliable, worked hard, did a very good job, and left the site clean. My job was painstaking in places and access was a bit tricky, but no problem for Junior. He mostly worked alone and cut no corners. He started with the foundation and outside of masonry wall, which looked great. We then ran into weather problems and my dissatisfaction with colors chosen from misleading Sherwin Williams color samples, which put him behind schedule and I had to suspend the project due to going out of town. I could have switched painters then but did not. When he returned he worked steadily and finished my project in less than the expected time. I am very pleased with the outcome. My only gripe is that he does not have an account with Lowe's, where I preferred to buy because they sell in small cans to try out different colors. He says he does not like their paint but they carry Cabot and Valspar so I don't get it. I now own several cans of unused stain and did not get a painter's discount on all materials. Also, he is not cheap. Still, I recommend Clean Hands and will be a return customer."

"I purchased a $99 Big Deal on 03/31/2015, but the service was done on 07/28/2015. This was due to difficulty in scheduling. When workman was available, I was not. And when I was available, there was no workman available. My suggestion to customer is to purchase a Big Deal when you know you will have some time available soon after purchase, or service provider may be too busy.
Also the Big Deal was for 3 hrs of Handyman Service, but I was informed that 2 handymen would be coming. Also that there may be extra change if workmen had to purchase extra material. My suggestion to customer is to think of all materials that may be involved in your project  and have them on hand just in case they are needed. Send a message to the service provider to make sure of what the workmen will need and what you may have to provide. For example, the correct tools for the job of removing a built-in shelf were needed for my project. The workmen had their tools,e.g. reciprocating saw, pry bar,etc.,  but I did have to provide drop cloths, box, trash bags, and broom/dust pan. They had a shop vac for clean-up, but I provided broom and dust pan to remove large pieces of debris not handled by shop vac.
My appointment was scheduled to begin between 8:30-9:00.  At 8:24,I received a call confirming my appointment and to tell me workmen were on their way. Phil and Steve arrived at 9:00. They were very pleasant and professional. After a short conversation and time to inspect the work, they began removing the shelf.
Initially, I thought it was not necessary to send two people to remove one shelf, but once Phil and Steve began the removal, I saw that it was more complicated than just sawing some areas and pulling it out. There was thick layer of drywall, OSB, and cornerbead They seemed to take care in the removal in order not to damage the surrounding structure and a water line. 
Once the removal was complete, they cleaned the area with their shop vac and my broom. Using the drop clothes I provided, made clean up easier and protected my wood floors. They placed the debris in bags and a box I provided, and  placed them in my garage. They said they could haul away the debris, but that would be an extra change.
They left at 10:06.
I really appreciate the positive, professional attitude of Phil and Steve. They were persistent in completing a job that seemed to be simple initially, but proved to be a bit more complicated. They talked about ways they could be of service to complete the next step of my project without giving me the "hard sell".They showed respect for me and for my home. And I liked that.

It was built in 1980 with 250 year old hand hewed logs. I have used C&D Custom Log Finishing for over 10 years now for anything and everything I need.
