During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "This company installed a new HVAC system in my mom's home in June 2025. In Dec 2025 the heat would not work when it turned very cold. The system has a one year warranty. We called ARS and they scheduled an appointment for the next day and never showed up or called. The inside of mom's home was 42 degress so she had to move out. I tried calling the managers at ARS two times and left messages with receptionist. They never returned my calls or fixed the heat. I hired another company to do the job. ARS is very unprofessional and unreliable and should be avoided since there are many other good companies to work with. "
