Included in the estimates was also addition work I requested. All of the work was done the following Monday. The new unit is 2.0 SEER2 better than the old unit. Bradham Brothers included a new programmable thermostat with WiFi access. They also provided two new CO2 detectors. The county inspector was pleased with their work.
