"From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. He quickly arranged to meet me at the home at a time convenient for me even though it meant close to an hour drive for him on a weekend. He was transparent in his business transactions, fairly estimating the cost of the project and providing documentation of costs. At each stage of this project, which involved demolition and rebuilding of the carport roof, Michael kept me updated via phone calls, text messages and email.
