"Were able to come that afternoon while big box and plumbers still had not responded 3 days after my hot water heater died. These guys picked up at Big Box installed professionally, quickly at the same price and removed old unit. They drive a 20' box van with all supplies/equipment on board so they don't have to run to the store. Bookmark these guys for when you have an emergency, you won't have to be put off"

"Great response from initial call to completion of work. Plumber was knowledgeable and corrected a drain pipe issue. He needed a connection part and rather than come back the next day, he went to a local plumbing supply house and came back the same day so that we had our faucet working. Cost a bit more than we expected because our disposal was old and a connection part was missing and part was unavailable so we had to get a new disposal installed and this increased our cost by almost 200. Nevertheless the responsiveness and professionalism and work completion in a thorough and timely manner was important so we will hire again"

"Richard arrived on time, fully prepared to undertake the periodic servicing of our tankless water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was necessary. He also explained the necessity of checking all drains, toilets, and plumbing fixtures throughout the house. When he was finished, I felt confident that our entire plumbing system had been examined -- for the first time in 20 years! He is a licensed plumber, which not all "plumbers" in North Carolina are."
