Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

He arrived on time, listened to our idea and asked enough questions to understand what we wanted. He then asked to bring in another pro to look at the project and between the two of them they laid out a plan. They began within two days and finished before my deadline. Their work was first rate in every way. Done correctly, finished beautifully and they cleaned and tidied up each workday. Always courteous and on time.
