He came back out, explained that our pressure regulator desperately needed replacing. It was very old, and I was aware it needed to be replaced but I didn't think I could afford it. Terry figured the estimate, showed me & patiently explained the situation. He went back to his truck to give me privacy while I determined how to pay for the work.
