"An OUTSTANDING plumber responded to our home to give me an estimate on replacing our pressure regulator. He wasted no time and crawled under our home to check the situation. He came back out, explained that our pressure regulator desperately needed replacing. It was very old, and I was aware it needed to be replaced but I didn't think I could afford it. Terry figured the estimate, showed me & patiently explained the situation. He went back to his truck to give me privacy while I determined how to pay for the work. I had a means to pay, so I went & told Terry it was go. He went back & got the supplies he needed & began the job. The only thing I know was that he had the work done in record time. He showed me the old regulator and some pipe that he'd removed & suggested to me to get a small Guage like the one he uses to check the water pressure.
