He needed a connection part and rather than come back the next day, he went to a local plumbing supply house and came back the same day so that we had our faucet working. Cost a bit more than we expected because our disposal was old and a connection part was missing and part was unavailable so we had to get a new disposal installed and this increased our cost by almost 200.
