Originally found TD Services through a search of 5 star recommended plumbing contractors on Home Advisor.com last year. I spoke with Erick at that time about my short cycling well pump problem and he recommended another plumber to do the job because he was already committed to other jobs and didn't want me to have to wait and possibly jeopardize the functioning of my water system. I hired the plumber that he recommended and was very pleased with the work that was done to resolve my issues last year. When I began experiencing more problems with my well pump last week, I once again contacted the plumber that I had used previously but was unable to schedule an appointment with that plumber as his communication was sporadic and noncommittal, leaving me feeling very frustrated and worried about the possibility of my pump burning up if I didn't get my issues resolved soon. Thankfully, I remembered how thoughtful Erick was when I spoke with him last year and I decided to give him a call. When I explained what was happening, Erick quickly agreed to come and diagnose my problem later the same day, although I told him that the next morning would be fine, as long as he showed up at the agreed upon time which he did. If you want to hire an experienced plumber who is prompt and professional with excellent communication skills and fair prices, you should hire Erick of TD Plumbing/Services to do the job as it takes all of the stress out of the equation. He is simply a really nice guy who values his customers and treats them the way that he would want to be treated.
