"I was very impressed with Patrick Stollenmaier and his crew. Patrick was very helpful, giving us alternative choices re materials to use for the patio and design. The price detailed exactly how they would execute the job (very helpful when a design has to be approved by the condo committee, as ours was!) He and his entire crew showed up exactly on time every day and worked until the tasks scheduled for the day were complete. They were very professional and polite and answered all of our questions or referred us to the crew member who could. Each day, they left the work site neat and clean. We love the patio and walkway that they created for us and neighbors have gone out of their way to tell us how much they like it, too. My only complaint is that initially Patrick was a little slow getting the price quote and project sketch to us. However, the fact that the crew showed up when they said they would, did the work in a completely professional manner, and finished the job on schedule far outweighs that complaint. We would definitely use Stollenmaier Hardscapes again."

"We recently purchased a home on lake lure and knew substantial repairs were needed on the walkway down to the dock and on the deck above the boathouse. After several failed attempts to get a contractor, we received a call from Jesse Summerlin. He quickly came to our home and did a thorough evaluation of our walkway and deck. Jesse then reviewed what he found and made his recommendations. He was able to quickly get our project scheduled and started. A few adjustments had to be made but that is to be expected with the size of the project. All extra work was reviewed with us before proceeding. The work was done to a very high level and in a timely manner, even with many rainy days. We would highly recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions. Jesse was probably the best contractor I have dealt with. A"

"Beautiful fencing done according to the requirements of HOA. Many compliments from neighbors and family. Would definitely recommend!"

"ZR did a great job on our flagstone patio and walkway, rock beds, retaining wall, mulch beds and yard grading. The entire team was professional, listened to any concerns or questions, and remained agile to any changes we wanted. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for landscaping or hardscaping work."

"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"David Shaw of Concretewrks followed up with me within 24 hours of my first contact to him. He came to our house and provided a professionally prepared written estimate several days later. The driveway work actually started about a week later and was completed in two weeks, a little longer than planned due to several rain delays. Our driveway exceeds our expectations and the price was very reasonable. David suggested adding a slight tint to the border pavers and it made a subtle and very attractive contrast. The whole job was well done. David and his team were very friendly and worked hard to complete the project promptly. I’m glad our neighbors recommended Concreterwrks and we pass forward the endorsement. Nancy and Roger Dexter"

"From start to finish working with this company was a wonderful experience! DJ was our point of contact and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He ensured we were adhering to city coding as well. The team worked efficiently and our patio looks better than we could have imagined! They noted holes in our underground drain spout and purchased us a new one during the patio install! They went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend this company and all employees."

"I had a Trex deck installed. I LOVE it! The employees were always on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Communication was never an issue. I highly recommend this company!"

"Joe was on time, very courteous, and did a n exceptional job replacing our old deck with trex and cable. He was honest and reliable - he informed us from the start that the painting would peel if he painted when weather was cold and recommended waiting on the paint until the weather warmed up - we appreciated that honestly and pride in his work! We would (and will) definitely hire him again! Thanks Joe!"

"I contacted Jose for a quote to remove my existing concrete patio slab and installing Techno Bloc pavers in my patio area, and I am thrilled with my experience from beginning to end,. Jose was wonderful to work with, and his team did an impressive job with my patio, It looks gorgeous! They showed up promptly at 8am each day, and the work they did was of the highest quality and exceeded my expectations. His team also planted a number of 8 ft shrubs for me, and they did a beautiful job with those as well. I already passed Jose information along to friends who are looking for patio work, and I highly recommend him for any work! The cost of my project was very reasonable, way better than other quotes I received from other companies, and the quality of the work his crew did, is outstanding!"
