"I was very impressed with Patrick Stollenmaier and his crew. Patrick was very helpful, giving us alternative choices re materials to use for the patio and design. The price detailed exactly how they would execute the job (very helpful when a design has to be approved by the condo committee, as ours was!) He and his entire crew showed up exactly on time every day and worked until the tasks scheduled for the day were complete. They were very professional and polite and answered all of our questions or referred us to the crew member who could. Each day, they left the work site neat and clean. We love the patio and walkway that they created for us and neighbors have gone out of their way to tell us how much they like it, too. My only complaint is that initially Patrick was a little slow getting the price quote and project sketch to us. However, the fact that the crew showed up when they said they would, did the work in a completely professional manner, and finished the job on schedule far outweighs that complaint. We would definitely use Stollenmaier Hardscapes again."

After several failed attempts to get a contractor, we received a call from Jesse Summerlin. He quickly came to our home and did a thorough evaluation of our walkway and deck. Jesse then reviewed what he found and made his recommendations. He was able to quickly get our project scheduled and started. A few adjustments had to be made but that is to be expected with the size of the project. All extra work was reviewed with us before proceeding. "I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Normally, I do not leave reviews especially reviews that leave people or businesses in a bad light. Many circumstances prevented this job from being completed to my satisfaction. Initial contact started in late February, and work began in March. Because of a series of events such as cold weather, rain, plants not being released by the nursery, and other jobs engaged by The Greens Keepers, the timing kept being put off until I had to release The Greens Keepers from all job responsibility. The border work on the planting beds and the rocks within two of the planting beds are beautiful. Truly transformed from how they were before and am very grateful for this part of the job. The patio situation, unfortunately, was a debacle. The original patio was quite a task for one person to take up but James stuck with it and took care of it. However, the concrete busted up is now left on my property and it will have to be cleared at my expense. The step from the kitchen to the patio was included in the drawing but forgotten in the budget proposal. The materials are sitting on my property, and I have to locate another contractor, at an additional expense, to finish this project. I am more than satisfied with the work James did on the landscaping- minus the work of leaving some of the plants on the property to die and not having enough of a crew to do what this job entailed. It required more than 1 and at times, two people. The contractor for the porch showed up on the property once or maybe twice because of his obligations, and now more issues that will have to be fixed at hand and more costs are involved. I told James I would not leave a review but felt this situation needed to be known. The landscaping is great- James knows what he is doing; however, he required more help and better assistance on the patio."

"Ken and his crew from Magnolia did a renovation of our large (900 sq ft, 18-foot elevation) 17-year-old deck which included new decking wood, new railing with horizontal stainless steel wire, new stair treads & risers. Most importantly, they dug out 15 support posts (6X6 wood, which had been placed directly in the ground and were beginning to rot) and properly placed them on above-ground poured concrete piers. Additionally, another 6 posts and support beam were added. I do believe you could drive a truck on the deck now. The crew worked tirelessly, completing this large project promptly. Their work was professional and craftsman-like, and the work area was kept clean. We are very happy with our new deck!"
