Thanks for looking after us. 9 U didn't even have the courtesy to walk Brenda around the patio before you dove in for the final payment. The only good thing is that patio is 16x20 , except for round corner he guess at the curve and just eyeballed it instead of measuring the correct arc. Very dissatisfied with the 9 000 dollar patio. Oops, forgot, we paid 5k too much for the lackadaisical job ."

"Needed 2 lines cut into a concrete driveway (9.2ft long, 3in deep, approx. 12in apart) We had a few people quote us ridiculous prices before Mr. Proctor reached out. He was punctual and professional when he came out to assess the job and gave us a quote. We agreed on the price and he was out the next day, completing the job quickly and even broke up the concrete pieces to move them out of the way for us. Very impressed and would hire again."

The rep even made a few suggestions as to what might make the project even better. The crew showed up on tne scheduled day and removed my old patio, did an amazing job preparing for the new concrete patio. The crew left my property clean and looking ready for a family gathering. The rep dropped by several times to check on the status of the project then came by the following day to see if everything was done to my satisfaction.
