I am so pleased with Chris and the work he did for me. He did an amazing job pressure washing my house and cleaning my gutters. He was prompt, so polite and friendly and just a hard worker. I definitely will call him for future projects. I highly recommend Total Maintenance Inc!

Chris and Albert came to give us a quote on pressure washing our house, showed up ON TIME, gave us a very fair quote, then stayed and did the job right then because they were in our area (Weaverville) and had time, though that meant working until sundown on a cold, rainy day. In our experience it has been hard to get anyone to even call back about a job, let alone show up. They were super thorough-our house and concrete looked awful and everything is sparkling now! They were very nice and extremely hard-working. I have already given they're contact information to neighbors and will definitely be contacting them for future jobs!

I called back for yet another job after having good results with pressure washing and roof repair. Albert did a great job. He went beyond any of the other people I have had in the past year at a fair price. Hoping they can help me with other projects in the future,

FINALLY, after months of searching for someone to repair my roof for a reasonable price and let alone show up to do it, I have found these fine people who were able to do both. They came, quoted a price, AND immediately got the supplies and started working on the roof for eight hours straight until they were done. We needed one plane of the roof retiled and they were able to get it done, without trying to sell me a whole roof job like some larger businesses tried to do. They knew what to do and they did it! :) We'll be looking forward to them for future projects.

Two very hard working individuals. They were very efficient and dedicated to the task of power washing our entire house. They did a great job for us. I am recommending them to our neighbors, We are happy with the results!

They did a great job under less than perfect circumstances. They worked hard for hours through a rainstorm to complete the job. The house looked great when they finished except for one part that was overlooked due to the circumstances, Chris returned the next day insisting on making sure that everything was done to a high standard. They were reasonably priced and I absolutely would hire them again.

Great job. Quick response. My deck looks like new. Underneath the overhang of roof totally free from black build up. Chris and Arthur spent a lot of time and effort bringing my house back to life. the price was very reasonable as well.
