They do not clean under sofas or beds unless you supervise them, and on one visit, they used a viscous liquid to clean the oven (which is a self-cleaning oven), and it dripped on the floor, damaging the hardwood floor. Susana promptly paid for the $100 repair but then insinuated that we ourselves had caused the damage. In fact, we had never used chemicals to clean the oven. On the last visit, a few days ago, Susana's team cleaned the bathroom and damaged the finish on the escutcheon plate of the shower control handle. Susana got very upset when we called her to report this, focusing more on how much money she had already lost by filing the previous insurance claim. We would not recommend this service if you want a thorough, efficient, and well-trained staff."
