Simply Clean Housekeeping Service

I called Simply Clean and the nice lady on the phone told me about their deep cleaning service that was basically a top to bottom clean of the house, and since my house is 1 story, that they would do indoor and outdoor windows. After work I came home and the house looked pretty clean, but the outside windows were not cleaned at all and a door to the outdoor patio was completely missed. We looked in the laundry room and it didn't look like the doors were even opened to it. The rest of the house was dusted well and cleaned. The appliances were cleaned to include the refrigerator and oven. Overall, I doubt I will use the service again because of some of the obvious things that were missed, but I didn't give the company a chance to redeem themselves either. For the cost of $175 for a 1350 sq ft house, I can clean it myself.

Super professional from initial contact to each service. Always on time, on scheduled day and flexible if you need to be. House was always spotless! Nice people, would highly recommend. Everything was always cleaned with detail, no skipped steps.

The price was reasonable so I contacted the owner for an in-house detailed estimate. She brought the person who would clean my house with her to the meeting and discussed in detail the services they'd provide for my twice-a-month cleaning, as well as details on the cost of additional services I could request on an as-needed basis. The house cleaner is incredibly conscientious and thorough. I don't need to leave detailed instructions for her - she looks for the things that need to be done and takes care of them. For example, once I came home to find her cleaning my garage door windows (I hadn't asked for that, but as she pointed out, they were dirty.) I feel 100% comfortable leaving my house, valuables and 2 kittens in her care unsupervised.
